In October
1993, Kristie Henriksen opened her first Siros Restaurant in beautiful
Marina Bay, Quincy. With her extensive restaurant background and the
support of her family and friends, Siros was an instant favorite.
Offering sensational views of the Boston skyline and exquisite cuisine,
Siros set the standard for classic dining on the South Shore.
In 2001, Kristie expanded to five successful restaurants and a conference center. Now back to her beloved landmark location, Siros on Marina Bay is celebrating fifteen years of unforgettable dining. Her newest addition to the Siros family is the Blue Martini Bar. Here you can enjoy music, entertainment, and gourmet pizza in chic surroundings.
In addition to being a restaurateur, Kristie is a strong supporter of many charities and the founder of the Henriksen Animal Foundation. Support your local animal shelters. Adopt a pet, make a difference.
Marc Vierbickas, Executive
Chef
Coming from a long line of
food service professionals, Marc grew up in the kitchen. He
always had a strong passion for cooking and the culinary arts. Quickly rising up the kitchen management ranks,
Marc assumed the Sous Chef position at Siros in Hingham. Not long after
proving himself, he became Siros' Executive Chef,
overseeing the kitchen operations at four Siros properties.
Recently returning to Siros Marina Bay, Marc is bringing his culinary
flair back into a winning concept and setting a new standard.

Marina Bay on Boston Harbor is
New England’s largest full service marina and premier waterfront
complex. This lively community is host to residential dwellings, a
685-slip marina, and 9 restaurants from casual to upscale dining
